About The BPB
My love for baking began when I was a child at the age of six when my parents walked into the kitchen at seven in the morning to me making a pound cake. From there I experimented with different styles and techniques to eventually developing dessert menus for two restaurants. I have never stopped learning and developing the skills towards my passion of baking irresistible treats. The BPB is my passion to put smiles on those I bake for, you!
Gluten-Free Products
I fell into baking gluten free baked good because of my brother and several close friends. The one constant was being told gluten free has poor texture and doesn't taste good. It became a goal and a challenge of mine to bake cakes, cookies, cupcake, and muffins that had the flavors and textures of "normal" bakes. Because there is a need and a demand for it, I primarily offer only gluten free bakes.
